I will hire a professional cleaning service to attend to the details that will help ensure buyers feel the pride of ownership. If your home has not sold in the first 60 days, I will market your home in the Homes and Land magazine. Your home will appear with a professional picture and a savvy write up. According to BIGReasearch, Homes and Land magazine is highly targeted and drives online search traffic more effectively than any other medium.
